Mateusz Dominiak

Attorney, registered on the list of attorneys in the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated in law from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.

He has been working with MILEWSKA Legal since April 2021, supporting its clients in resolving commercial disputes and representing them in litigation.

He specializes in property insurance law (liability insurance/AC, business insurance) and in resolving disputes between lessees and leasing companies. He advises entrepreneurs in claims settlement, in disputes over compensation (especially related to transport) and in matters related to the rental or leasing of vehicles.

He works in Polish and English.

In his free time Mateusz likes taking long walks in the forest with his family and their two dogs – schauzers. He is passionate about yachting (in 2018 with his team he won Polish Attorneys’ Yachting Mastercup organized by the Polish Bar Association and Warsaw Bar Association) and windsurfing. During long autumn-winter evenings he likes to read fantasy books and play board games.
