When executing any contract with a foreign business partner it is very important to pay attention to the so-called “applicable law” and “competent court”. This determines which law we will use to interpret the contract and which court (of which country) will hear the case in the event of litigation between the contracting parties.
The time we need to verify a contract that you provide us with depends on its length, complexity and quality of its wording. Usually, as far as our work time is concerned, it takes us about 3-10 hours of our work, and the client receives the verified contract within about 3-5 business days from the moment he/she provided us with the draft.
In case of drafting a contract from scratch, the time we need depends on the type of the contract and your expectations. Usually, it takes us 2-15 hours of the drafting work. The client receives the finally drafted contract within about 3-10 business days from the moment we agreed on the financial conditions of our work and its scope (so the type of the contract and the main provisions we shall include therein).
